DirtDiggler69
Anybody ever paint their stock carb bodies? And it held up ok? I'd like to get mine polished but it's holiday time and the shee takes the financial back burner but I'd still like to dress it up some for the dunes season next year . fappy'97
What kind of fuel do you run? I've saw alky take off PC before. Not sure about paint, doesn't seem like it'd be any better...
SandmanPNW
I wouldn't polish up a turd. Get some good carbs and have at it.

Nightmare
I had blue pc'd carbs and the alky never flaked it. Paint wont last.
trickedcarbine
Paint is a NO NO on anything that will see fuel, the Powder Coat does ok. If it were me, I would locate a shop that does good annodizing. That shit is sweet! I had a shop that does a lot of paint ball and RC stuff do the carbon my brothers KX a few years back. It was like monster Green with clear splash so the aluminum showed through silver. Shit was killer!

Paulie B
PC carbs all the way. Paint won't last and polish only works in the sand. This is after tons of mud, dirt, riding, and washing
