421 in jetting help & 4mil stock drag cyl jetting help

I have a 421cub with vf3 reeds, CPI sb if, 35pwks, sea level, 24cc domes, 55-75 degrees out,k&n filters. I was wondering about we're jetting shud be? Also was wondering if I can run 100 octane with pump gas domes? Or at least 50/50?

 

I also have a 4mil drag ported stock cylinder,18cc domes,35pwks,shearer sb if pipes,vf3,same elevation and degrees stated above running on c12 race gas. Was wondering about we're jetting wud be with this setup?? I'm trying to get it dialed in before this coming weekend or atD least close. Thanks-rob

Only reason I'm thinking bout goin to 100octane is bc ev time I go out my plug/plugs back out at least one time during the day. Timing is at +4, on 93 octane so I don't understand why this wud happen, I kno it's due to detonation but I can't seem to fig this shit out. Maybe carbs?? That's y I'm goin to 35pwk to see if this problem gets fixed.

both are gonna be pretty damn close to each other,cubs by me usually 48 or 50 pilot depending on temp changes 165 main cel 4th clip ,dgk will work with maybe a small drop in main size one two sizes,the stock cylinders depend on porting i have run up to a 172-175 on a few diffrent motors i have built and they loved big pilots .your close and you sound like you got it,if your running to the track or you got somewhere to run let me know i have been dying to run soon and dust off the shee
