Yea, I knew it was a fucked up size when Fastenal didn't even show it in their catalog.

I'll just have the locknut milled down. No big deal.

That's gonna ef with you camber adjustment and any future camber tuning.

How much clearance do you have with your Stage 5 Elkas fully compressed?

How would that mess up the camber? Camber is already set. I just need a thinner nut.

I had about 1/2"-3/4" of clearance with the Elkas. The rezzie on them is 1" shorter.

I took out ALL the air in the main chambers and evol chambers here, fully bottomed out.

It would never compress this much while riding, i dont care how big the jump is. (With air obviously)

Here is completely extended with 152 psi in the evol chambers and 48 in the main chambers.

Yeah, give it a go.

When filling, air up the EVOL First, there is a small floating piston inside and if you don't, this piston will be in the wrong position. If you are unsure, simply let the air out of main chamber, fill up EVOL and depressurize the main chamber again, this will insure the floating piston is in the correct position, you can even feel it move to the bottom position when you do it if you know what to feel for. NOW set EVOL pressure, then MAIN. Just sayin...
