What caused this

1. Did you mix you fuel ?

2. Did your motor pass leakdown test with no air leaks ?

3. Was your jetting right ?

 

There are several factors that could have cause this, you may want to check over everything when you rebuild the motor. Hows the crank ? Are the bearings tight on the rods ?

Lemme guess.....It ran real strong right up until it didn't, and you never heard a thing till it just locked up.

I would say massive air leak on that side. Hmmmm I have never used sealer on my reeds. I think you guys need better intakes!

Chariot. Actually K&T recommended I do it. Said most engines leak there, sure enough after I put the gaskets and intakes on and pressurized it, sprayed it with windex and the right side bubbled up. Put a little 1211 and that was the end of that leak.

 

Well I'll be dipped in dog shit...
