Or is it a waste of time? if the head is junk, get a coolhead, noss, chariot, prodesign. all good. all use same domes. and check to make sure your cyl decks are flat and even. Then after that it starts putting out compression bubbles in my over flow. BUILDER Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 Once you blow a head gasket on a stock head you are going to play hell keeping a gasket in it unless you have the head trued! Stock heads do not hold up well after they blow a gasket once. If it keeps blowing it then your head is not flat any more and that is why it is doing it.
