Leakdown Test Results?

In my opinion any leak is bad. I personally wont run any of my junk with any sort of air leak what so ever.

You need to find where it is leaking.

First try some soapy water in a spray bottle. Spray all over the carbs, intake, base gaskets, case ect ect while the bike is running. If you see bubbles then there you go, simple fix.

Possibly the crank seals could be leaking as well, you pack the lips with grease? Use 1211 threebond or similar ?

Or did you even have the cases split or just the top end off?

Actually, I haven't even opened my motor yet. This is what happened, I had a fuel leak between the intake boots and the reed cages, so I took the apart, then I learned about the leakdown test and decided to build my own tester. I while testing the new kit, the test revealed the small.leak. my motor is still factory sealed. (115posible psi both cyl's) im just getting all nesesary tools for when I decide to rebuild my motor.
