Ron Burgandy
I've been reading the hell out of thr forums etc for about two weeks and tuning my bike recently. My bike has always ran the way it is now but I'm not sure if it's right or not? I've changed the jets and the needle positions, air screw etc. and it literally seems like it doesnt do much. No obvious air leaks etc but if I can send a video via email or text and can help that be amazing! My mods are fmf exhaust with 2into1 k&n no air box, advanced timing +5, coolhead compression 155 with pump gas 93 40:1 premix using 925. I'm also at 5000 ft elevation. Pm Me if u can help I think I may need to put new cylinders in? As far as that goes I'm not sure? That's what I'm trying to figure out. The bike runs good and has been reliable for the past 5-6 years I've had it but has always been off to me jetting wise or seems rather quiet w/ no pop. Opinions greatly appreciated. I think if I can send a video and someone can watch it to help to say what they think it is. Simple and quick is all it could be thanks

Ron Burgandy
. I also have super stock Rees pedals. I had 25's with 270 mains with needle in stock positions and I changed to 290's with 30 mains and that didn't really affect the bog so I brought it back to 25's and put needle in riches position/ clip in lowest point. It's a stock needle and I don't see air leak etc. how to you think it's running?? (I just want to get rid of the bog) Edited September 10, 2012 by Ron Burgandy

Ron Burgandy
I'll check it out when I get off of work, so I can cut the ends shorter and re connect the spark plug caps at the end that connects to the plugs? Does it get build-up towards the caps or? Edited September 10, 2012 by Ron Burgandy
