Methfireroad
This winter I'm looking to do some work on my bike.I was thinking about doing 4mil stock cylinder full drag port. Then some one was telling me to do a 421 drag port. I want to run pump gas and where I ride its mostley fireroads so I'm running 6th gear wide open only problem I have with the 421 is if I have problems with cylinders ext I don't want to have it renicked. Any suggestions would be helpful Thanks methfireroad
2strokes4u
If you really dont want to renikel if you have issues I would do the stock cylinders. Something happens, bore and keep going.
ticktock
If you are looking for bigbore non-nickle There are a few options. Rdz cylinders, Athena kits (these will require someone with knowledge of porting them as the articles I have read say they are not good as cast). What about SR-71 cylinders? Twister cylinders are also an option. Adam
BigRed350x
If you dont want nicasil then go with twister cylinders.
87sheerips
Stock bore 4mil Stock cyl. drag port is cheap and easy and fast. That's what I'd do! Slap some 35 PWKs on there and rip. Look for a set of used cyls with a slight over bore to save in start up costs if you prefer.
