How does butter clean the pipes, is there something to this or , are some people messing with others . Never heard of such a thing in my 40+ years. ATVridinMaNiAc Posted September 9, 2012 Report Share Posted September 9, 2012 The butter lays over top of the dirt and rust and has some weird chemical reaction and it all dries up then you wash it with cold water and most of it comes off with the butter.
