DirectIntelect
Are the pics of the plugs taken after a plug chop? Or did you just pull them out? Not a real plug chop per say, i did however start her up, ride down the street, got to 6th, backed off and coasted to the drive way. Went up to get my wrench and pulled the plugs. Whats odd is the fact i completely cleaned those plugs a few hours prior. They got that color in a matter of minutes.
DirectIntelect
You are running super rich. But that big of a carb with like a big pilot and around a 155 main. If you can, go to a smaller carb like a 35mm. I ran a 38mm and it loved to drink gas. The main is 160 from what it says... My question is did the guy before me not notice that? BeeCanBanshee
Personally I have a 33mm pwk 2into1 and my main is 190 pilot is 48 at 100 ft elv. and it runs great. When I got mine it had a 160 main and 52 pilot and ran like ass when it did start and my plugs looked like yours. I would rejet and also check your throttle cable. When I got mine it was stretched so bad it wouldn't idle.
