94BANSHEE
Hi guys Plan on dropping a 4mil down the road and in getting prepared for that I picked up a flywheel puller and clutch holder. I have most standard tools but when case splitting or replacing the crank is there any specialty tool I would need? Just dont wanna get stuck halfway through coz I forgot something. Thanks! 350skabarat
You'll need an impact wrench to get the primary drive gear nut off.
dave5.0
You'll need an impact wrench to get the primary drive gear nut off. An impact is handy for the flywheel nut, crank drive gear nut, clutch basket nut, and the output shaft/sprocket nut. Don't really need the clutch holder if ya got an impact. It's a handy tool to have if ya don't have an impact though. You shouldn't need any other special tools than the one NYUK already told you about.
