Never been there but know lots of people who have. They say it is a mix of dirt and sand. Do not run haulers there either run dirt tires or a cheap paddle. Lots of trails and good places to ride I guess but kind of dusty and yes out in the middle of nowhere!!!

Hey Dave, How's it going? I was told is was just a big dust bowl out there. That real fine flour type dust. They said they would NOT go back. Just what I was told. :shrugani:

Ha workin sucks. But ya gotta eat. Ya the big stuff is crazy. Kinda same as last time I went it's just to remote. I need to devise a plan to get more fuel there. Even my 450 had the gas light on once we got back to camp. I still didn't get to cover near as much ground as I wanted. What little bit I did see was pretty sweet though.

I used to ride out there all the time when I lived in bend. It is a pretty cool place to ride. The only time we would ride would be around late July through fall. Less wind to deal with. It is a dust bowl but thats the high desert for ya.
