Over the years I have bought parts here and there and they are always as described or better, and shipped promptly. More recently HP had found me a 10 mil cheetah The seller wanted a local cash sale only, so HP drove 4-5 hours to pick it up and drove 4-5 hours home to pack it and ship it. I can not express how helpful HP has been in making sure this happened for me and I must say that for a fella I only know on a forum, he is a solid friend.
