I'm not an expert on the topic but maybe this will clear up the difference between those who are not sure. Here is a picture of an FMF Fatty next to a hand built BB pipe... Notice the Flange area compared to the first cone, SB is dramatically smaller compared to flange, BB is the same size as the actual flange on the cylinder.
