350skabarat
Does not look like it? Take the caps off and measure it all up? See if its even possible for the slide to move all the way up.
dajogejr
No sir, they are not. Either: A. The thumb throttle does not swing far enough to open all the way. Common on bigger carbs and using the stock thumb throttle on a banshee. Many people grind the stocker so it has more throw/room. B. The cable it wrong/too long C. The spring is binding it up not allowing it. IF this has a screw off type top (can't tell 100% by the picture) loosen the top 1/8 turn. I've had stock banshee carbs bind when I overtightened them, loosening the cap just a hair fixed it no problem. You are definately not getting wide open by those pics, though. Let us know what the problem is. My guess is A or B.
guns4children
I think its the stop in the stock throttle.

dajogejr
Guns, there's an easy way to see if that's the problem. Take the cap off the stock throttle. Remove the cable, pull the cable by hand and look through the back of the carb. If it opens all the way, it's not the cable or the slide binding up, it's the throttle.
