Tommygunn
i'm in the process of rebuilding my banshee from the frame up. which handle bars should i go with? the ones that were on there look like crap and have rust. not going to use them. i was thinking about picking up a set of pro taper flat bars on ebay for $120 but seems kinda high. what is everyone else running? ATVridinMaNiAc
I honestly always liked MSR and Renthals for the money, i have a set of pro tapers now which are nice but just real pricey.
Trick2stroke
What type of riding? When you said go all out I immediately thought you were talking about fasst flexx bars. lol which are amazing btw for the rough stuff.
sheerider11
I have blue renthal and black fat bars for sale.
dunesovertrails
i like my renthals but would rather have pro taper contour Edited August 14, 2012 by dunesovertrails
Tommygunn
mostly motocross track for a few laps just for fun twice a month, drag racing, wide open sand pits, and glamis one week out of the year. other then that..just running around the fields. i want something strong enough to not bend if flip it over. whats the deal with the flex bars? are they worth it for riding trails at high speed? blubyyou
I have the flexx bars on my ltr for mx ....best bars I've ever used! I currently have pro tapers on the banshee. They're not bad but when i find a good deal on some flexx bars the pro tapers will be gone!
Trick2stroke
Really depends on your toy budget. They're awesome bars and work exactly as intended but can be pricey. I got mine for 200 but they're more than that new. Like I said though, depends on your bike, when you get in too deep 200 for bars is a drop in the bucket lol. Tommygunn
i'm already in too deep with this build. lol. but it would be nice to save some money. i guess my next question is would i actually benefit from the flex bars? J.J.
If you think 120 is a lot for bars and you only ride occasionally then Flexx bars are not for you.
fastforworddad
I am torn between the flexx bars and the precision shock and vibe clamp. Here is a link http://www.precision-rp.com/ Video looks pretty trick. Has anyone tried these? Wayne
fappy'97
I myself am a huge fan of Flexx bars. I have a set on my Craptor 700 along with a Rox Anti-Vibe riser. It makes it much easier to ride more aggressively and for longer periods of time.
