bb shearer on a serval

would it be a bad idea to run bb inframe shearers on my 421 as cast serval? how would they compare to sb pipes? its running on pump fuel

Big bore Shearers would be Galacticly oversized for you motor and would be a very bad choice.

If you read all the posts about this motor and your pipe choices...you'll find (after sifting through all the drama) that you have SB Shearers or PC pipes as the best choice so far.

I would say an average 421 serval as cast on pump would definitely not benefit from the big bores. That motor would do just fine on the small bores. It takes quite a bit of heat/volume to make the big bores nessacary,

Right......get some custom mounts, so you can put the wrong pipes on a motor. That way you can loose power but look tricked out while you do it. :shootself:

BB pipes are not even close to the right pipe for a Serval. Just because you can make something fit.....doesn't mean you should. <_<
