If you read all the posts about this motor and your pipe choices...you'll find (after sifting through all the drama) that you have SB Shearers or PC pipes as the best choice so far. That motor would do just fine on the small bores. It takes quite a bit of heat/volume to make the big bores nessacary,
possum
Not to mention bb shearers dont fit on a smallbore application as the 421.
ticktock
Not to mention bb shearers dont fit on a smallbore application as the 421. Small flange big bore shelters fit on a stock cylinder... Pretty sure they fit a 421 serval. Just sayin

Just sayin you would likely have to raise the front of the motor to stop them from hitting the lower frame rails
possum
Or just use the proper pipe and run sbsf shearers!

Custom mounts? JD's design? Might be a way to go.
WINDYCITYJOHN400
Right......get some custom mounts, so you can put the wrong pipes on a motor. That way you can loose power but look tricked out while you do it. BB pipes are not even close to the right pipe for a Serval. Just because you can make something fit.....doesn't mean you should.
