Chariot Performance
Here are the questions. 1) Do I stand my my product? 2) Do I correct mistakes in orders? 3) Do I treat customers with respect in communications? Situation is: An ebay buyer sends an email and states that he not too long ago buys a crossover intake from me yet I did not send the orings. I first consider that my employee who ships stuff made a mistake and replied that I would send the orings at my expense. This is not a big deal and i do this every now and then even if I believe they just want an extra set etc. Upon looking up the address I had to go 6 months back to find the sale. Now it appears that not too long ago is TOO long ago. I politely reply that since it has been 6 months I would need to have the shipping covered only. The reply was that I would not get a good review on the HQ and he would not buy any more of my products. He also states it was my screw up. Based on the reply alone I know he was just trying to get an extra set of orings from me. If he had asked for that I would have likely given them to him with free shipping (first class not priority) and thanked him for his business. That is good business!! This rant is probably not good business but every now and then you have to do what feels right! I have a no questions asked return policy and extend it way beyond a normal time frame. Usually when something is returned (not very often) it has to be sold as blemished or dinged up because poor shipping back. I don't even complain about that because it good business. Since he has decided to bash my product or service on here I thought a pre-emptive strike would be appropriate. Thanks Jerry

Motooutcastxxx
I've bought my share of parts from Chariot and the customer service was some of the best, as with all of the sponsors here that I've dealt with. I even had a minor problem where I was sent the wrong bolts and I notified Jerry quickly and I even told him to just send them with my next order, which I believe was actually the billet intakes with the built in crossover, he made it more than right! Chariot Performance is top notch in my book!

lms1977
I ordered a chain tensioner a while ago it looked good (had my concerns it would not hold up where I ride) it broke in my first ride I emailed them the were gonna send out some replacement parts but I was not willing to pay anymore incase it would break again. In his defense I'm not 100% sure I installed it the way they tell you for off road.. Although I'm pretty sure I did. I was mad and ripped it off in anger at the truck that day without really looking into it. But all in all I was happy with the customer service my questions were answered very fast and I would buy from them again!!!!
locogato11283
This is ridiculous. There has to be some statute of limitations on products in this industry. 6 months is long enough that it's BS about the o-rings. Also, the whole bashing thing on BansheeHQ won't go well for him. I say let him do it. He will get rolled on by everyone here. Plus, the thread will turn into a Chariot Performance positive feedback thread. It'll be awesome. Tell him to jump off a bridge.
