Nutwood 472 Posted August 4, 2012 Report Posted August 4, 2012 Go look up pics of LA Sleeve cylinders and compare them to the ESR Cylinders... Same exact thing. i knew they looked like knock offs of one of those cylinders Quote
guns4children Posted August 4, 2012 Report Posted August 4, 2012 i knew they looked like knock offs of one of those cylinders Don't worried nutty I'm not ganna build one. Don't want you to deal with copying another build just yet! Quote
Wildcardracing Posted August 4, 2012 Report Posted August 4, 2012 They are nothing new nor are they knockoffs. The ProX cylinder is the LA sleeve cylinder, both companies advertise them as ProX. Eddy puts his billet head and powervalves in them with his portwork. For years the Honda cylinders that ESR sold were the LA Sleeve ProX, untill Eddy had his own castings built. These are a decent quality cylinder and can be made to make good horsepower in the right hands. But, there are more modern cylinders on the market. If anyone wants to try a set I can get them -Brandon Quote
