Paulie B
Who makes a nice other then metal case saver?
BigRed350x
Hate to break it to ya guys, but it doesnt matter what material your case saver is made of, it wont save your case. They all flex and they all will put pressure on the cases when they do flex. LoL. Been there done that. Tm design works... Broke case. Dg billet....broke case, no-name poly unit off egay.... Broke case. They help reduce the chances of breaking your cases so bad you have to replace them, but none of them will totally prevent a broken case. Luck is about the only thing going for ya. Haha! Spend the money on good sprockets and chains and keep your chain lubed and adjusted properly. Jared
Screamin99
When you decide to go with a 4 mil I would recommed a Twistercrankshaft small block a little spendy however they can be bored and are reliable. when you say bored is it like a crankshaft in a car how the can be turned and then have bigger rod bearins? I dont know much about crankshafts but arnt those twisters welded? do they grind off the welds when they are rebuilt? i was originally thinking a hotrods crank welded with 115 rods
Screamin99
ahh never mind i thought u were talking about their cranks my bad. iv looked at them and something about them says cooling issues and i do mostly trail how reliable would they be? plus i want a powervalve motor or something that rides like it. iv also seen this serval cylinder and its a tourqe monster and runs like a powervalve motor for half the price Edited August 4, 2012 by Screamin99

ban565
Twister small blocks have excellent cooling. I have a 10 mil 75 mil bore and putt with my grandchildren since 2010 with no problems at all.
Screamin99
ok i will definatly consider that cylinder option. but arnt those drag/hill cylinders and are very "lightswitch like"? im after something that is cheap first off, gunna last, smooth power pull, able to be bored out when rebuilt and easy to get pistons for so i could just order from a locol shop that carries wiesco.
