CAJUN BANSHEE Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 Looking for a little feedback on them. I have a pd cool head now but need studs and nuts for it and that's around half the price of the head. Might just buy a new head since the chrome nuts come with it for no extra charge. Let me know what yall think, thanks. Quote
CAJUN BANSHEE Posted July 25, 2012 Author Report Posted July 25, 2012 i love the chariot head. Sweet man, I have their intakes so might as well go with the head and sell the pro design to get Mr bling to hook up my cub cylinders. Quote
robert0762 Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 I have one and I also am going to purchase another for my next build. Very nice piece Quote
CAJUN BANSHEE Posted July 25, 2012 Author Report Posted July 25, 2012 Are they easy to clean up and repolish, cause the pd is a little harder to get polished on top between the grooves. And I see my domes will fit chariots, that's a big plus. Quote
Phelps Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 i purchased the chrome one. but to answer your question the chariot is very easy to polish. no hard spots like pd Quote
guns4children Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 i LOVE mine. i would deff buy another. Quote
CAJUN BANSHEE Posted July 25, 2012 Author Report Posted July 25, 2012 I didn't know they have a chrome one, I thought they ment just the nuts were chrome. ill check into that thanks. Quote
CAJUN BANSHEE Posted July 25, 2012 Author Report Posted July 25, 2012 HELL YEAH just ordered the chrome one. I just hope it don't take too long to come in, they have been a bit sluggish the last few times I ordered from them but its worth the wait. Thanks for all yalls help, just don't chime in if you have something bad to say about it because its too late lol Quote
possum Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 I got a chrome chariot. I like it so far Quote
sheerider11 Posted July 25, 2012 Report Posted July 25, 2012 I love my chariot head. Cleaning it is easy cause its flat. Not like the PD with the notch areas on top. Quote
vulvafan537240 Posted July 27, 2012 Report Posted July 27, 2012 how much are you being charged for studs and acorn nuts? sounds pretty high at half the cost of a head. i do like the chariot head though and looking back i probably should've gotten one instead of my pd. i like the one piece design. dajogejr Posted July 27, 2012 Report Posted July 27, 2012 I'll never run anything but. Less Orings to deal with and I like the "Cheetah head" type look with the raised center. Monster 14mm real chrome acorn nuts and brass washers instead of copper. It's a rock star...only head I'll put on my next mil. Quote
dajogejr Posted July 27, 2012 Report Posted July 27, 2012 Noss Heads are what the pros use. Tell Dan Hull (A&S Racing) he's not a pro....LOL. I've seen them in person on a few of his builds. Noss makes a great head too, and Dave Noss is a great guy for our sport. I prefer the simplicity and less Orings of the Chariot. Quote
