I am having problems out of my radiator its is boiling antifreeze in it blowing antifreeze out of an little black line up there by the radiator. Some one plz help

You Sir need to pull off your water pump cover and check your impeller and the drive gear in there. Thats most likely your problem.

Thx for your help it was the drive pump gear

Replace the impeller with a billet one. Once they boil over like that the pump impeller likes to warp and that takes out the plastic drive gear again. (Mull sells a metal drive gear.)

Good. Now that you have a new drive gear you should be good for a while. (We tend to forget just how OLD some of these parts are.)

A friend just had a front brake hose break. He was pissed cause it killed his ride day. I was like....."Your bikes an 88..... your brake line is 24 years old!"

I don't think even we knew how many problems there were with the plastic drive gear when we built the billet replacement. It has been quite an issue for some, even newer bikes. If there is just a little to much drag on the pump for whatever reason or a little piece of clutch material gets up there, it will fail.

Sounds like you got it all figured out!
