LiveFast
Hey guys, my stepdad has a 06 se banshee with pro circuit platinums, 304 silencers, and a boost bottle. He wants to put VForce 3 reeds and the spacers on it but doesn't know if he has to rejet for them, and if so, what size. Could any of you guys help me out? dcalsv02
You do not need to re jet. Take that boost bottle off. It does nothing. It will eventually crack the intake boots and cause an airleak. Replace it with a stock crossover tube.
special06shee
Reeds are a good idea!! But reed spacers are a bad idea!!

dcalsv02
Spacers don't do anything.

Alright man, I appreciate the help. But would you be able to tell a difference with the boost bottle and reeds?
dcalsv02
You will notice better throttle response with the reeds. Nothing from the boost bottle, until the boots crack. Then you will notice a shitty running banshee. ditch the bottle and install the reeds.
F.T.W. Banshee
The reed spacers really only help bigger carnal clear the cliche arm. Not needed for stock carbs.
