BB3
Ya that's my bike! Why else would I have a picture of it? Don't start talkin shit about it either. We can't all have the nicest bikes. Some of us have to do what we can with what we have. Agreed

dave5.0
Haha! That's an old bike. Had to bust Juan's old balls. The bike they're on is a lil nicer. Not much though. Even though his comment sounded a little uppity. BUILDER and I have been talking about getting our two pos bikes together and doin some testing(if I can get him off his dead ass). We both have ported decked cubs. His is a redline mine is a passion. He's got shearers. Really lookin forward to doin a lil testing between the two to see if there's many differences. coryv4
i got an idea lets get a few motors that arent passion or shearer built and dyno them with both pipes.
okbeast
( Its obvious SRP has his QC under control). This isn't obvious at all. SRP hasn't had a set of pipes on a bike long enough to tell if the welds will hold up or not. Track bikes don't count.
WINDYCITYJOHN400
I understand WHY some people feel the need to continually harp/bash on the performance of the Sniper pipes...i really do...but wouldn't it be more productive to offer to try a set and then offer CONSTRUCTIVE criticism? (NO nut-hugging EITHER way) >>>IF<<< that offer was accepted and >>>IF<<< the input provided was given proper consideration, then we could possibly end up with a set of pipes available to us that performed as well as Shearers AND had the fit and finish we find generally lacking now days ( Its obvious SRP has his QC under control). But the continual beating of the dead horse really accomplishes NOTHING as far a benefits to us as end-users. Everyone has said their peace,,,at this point it seems a select few are simply trying to run SRP out of business. ( BTW: Yes i saw the outrageous claims, yes i disagree with the way SRP went about promoting their product,,,but is there nothing that can be done to HELP make these pipes work and make them marketable ? Or is it just time to bash them without any helpful input until they go out of business?? ) Like what? Hey your pipes didn't perform like you thought .... so go drop another $10,00 to $20,000 on new molds and try again? (That's not going to happen.) Or maybe try and tell Mat to compete with Sniper QC by turning his entire production pipe process into a hand welded one at a time process like Sniper? (He can't make them fast or cheap enough if he goes that route.) I don't think anyone has tried to "Run Sniper out of business." But when your business model is to come out and claim King of the Mountain....then you better back that claim up. They would do far better by promoting just what the pipe likes as far as motor designs and hope people try the pipe. (Most people will never dyno or even drag race, so they really wouldn't have a clue if their pipes were really good or not.) But if they ran 80% as good as other pipes and looked good, they would have happy customers. Instead Gary boasts too hard, talks smack and then bails on proving it in a side by side race with the very guy he's bashing. The part your missing is.....nobody has even mentions Sniper outside of the few posts that are filled with all the bashing. So sadly the only publicity he's getting is negative. But negative attention is at least attention. Eventually as you can see people will want to try them just to see how bad they really are and prove it for themselves. CONSTRUCTIVE criticism for this topic.....Gary, find your place in the industry. (Market to bling bike builds thru Cascade) Your spot is not at the top. You can have a piece of the sales pie, but your not the whole pie and the pie is never going to be re-named Sniper.
WINDYCITYJOHN400
Don't you remember that set floating around?! A few people swapped pipes and guess what? They all went back to their original pipes! People are impressed with the fitment and sound. No ones arguing that. People are arguing the claims, promises, and call outs. X2 ^^ More than just one set......lots of fingerprints on the ones that are making their way around behind the scenes. (In-Frames and OOF) After the results come in, it's Hot Potato again. Those few sets have seen more cross country action than a strip club dollar bill. That sound is easy to get....pack your pipes with steel wool/pot scrubbers. (If "Loud" is what people are looking for.)
Larry's Shee
Shit, ought to be able to get a set pretty cheap, still better than fatties

SonOfSand
Ok it's now 4-24 over a month. Hummmmmmm.... No reply. Mike, Our dunes opened on April 1st and our weather has been so bad! TODAY will be my first run of the season, have the snipers on right now and should have time to make the switch in the next two weeks. John, You have a distorted view of reality, the paying members have a product reviews section to share their experience with a product. The (sponge off of everyone else) membership you have does not have one or you can't read, but reason for not being a paying member is the very same reason you cannot give any first hand feedback. You boasted about posting dyno sheets from 3 reputable builders, lets get them posted. Dyno feedback from RDZ (you know, that guy that really does have the record setting pipe for 300 feet) and Passion tells me Sniper IF makes much more power than Shearer IF on their engines. Cory, Last month the local dyno shop I use Sandtrax (918-445-4153) dynoed a their customers cast 421 cub with 28 PWK's on gas, it made 89.75 HP with the standard Sniper IF. Ed said the engine was rich safe.

You have lost touch with reality! RDZ only has had records in the past & that has been a while. The now, almost defunct Planet Sand doesn't have RDZ listed anywhere in their records. PSDA, the current organization has no listing of RDZ having a record. What you will find is Shearer & his customer's having the records/wins in both organizations record books. The truth is bitch slapping you in the face, but you can keep on living in your fantasy world.

J-Madd told me Jason Menz's record setting bike had a modified small bore RDZ OOF pipe, but what does he know about that? Also Rob @ RDZ told me Jason Menz's bike had a RDZ small bore OOF pipe on it when it set the record, and its on his web site, but what does he know?
