If you are the original owner of this bike then you should have the title. If you dont have the title(certificate of origin) that means theres a lein on the bike (you dont own it) cause the loan hasnt been paid off. $4k for a bike with no title is a stretch, if you had a title I would give you $2500 without a title $2,000.
