_Ray_
Would it be safe to run my 4 mil stock cylinder on 215 psi compression with c12? I know it'll be harder on my crank bearing. Or should I stick to the 180-190 range with the aviation fuel I have in it now?
BigRed350x
Why do you feel like you need compression so high? Anything much over 175 and the crank is just fighting the compression, especially on the big end.

If 175 isn't giving you the power you want I'd look somewhere else. Going higher on compression won't do much.
sheerider1026
X3. I run around 160 psi. If u want more power look elsewhere besides adding compression
trickedcarbine
I would definitely try to get some different domes in that set up. I just went through that with my passion motor. It was 210 in each cylinder and I finally got ahold of Jim about it and we decided it is best to bring it down to 180. Anything over that and the motor just fights itself in the revs. And Jim is a compression advocate Take the compression out and give it timing if you want that oomph when you wick the throttle
