sheerider11
You have a awesome platform. First I'd the care of all the bearings. Carrier, front wheels, steering. Do the brakes, chain and sprockets, change the cable's. I would do all the maintenance stuff first. As far as add on's, extended axle, nerf bars, bar risers( if she is comfortable with them) repack silencers. I'm going through the same thing with my girlfriend. I don't know where you want to go with this but that's all stuff I did with her bike.

dcalsv02
Do you have a budget to work with?
2strokeshees
Depends on the budget. I just did a build for my girl. If there isnt a small budget, strip it, replace bearings, seals, and any other critical part. Trust me you wont regret it in the end. Like they have said the list can go on and on, I have a complete list of what I did to her banshee, like sheerider said I can pm you the list and im sure between the 2 you will have a good idea. Good luck to you, its always funner building stuff for the ole lady.
dave5.0
If she does actually ride hard I'd think you would get some serious points setting the suspension up for her. New shocks and a set of wider control arms. Especially if you're gonna port it. Get a nice set of aluminum bars, or a set with the rubber isolators in em or a steering stem with the rubber isolaters, and some nice levers. Maybe a longer thumb throttle to ease the pull. Put a nice clutch basket in it so the clutch pulls nice and smooth too. Been my experience with the women and kids that the more comfortable and easier the shit is the more they'll use it.
