How many pounds of nitrogen in front and rear

Shock I want rebound dont want them stiff rear is

13.5 and fronts are 13s

depending on the valving and length swing arm.. the rear w/ link should be around 650-700 +/- fronts are normally around 350ish with stock arms.

No link rears will typically use more charge... I've never used a no link rear.. but from what i've seen they're anywhere from 800-1200

rider weight, arm length and valving play a part in this.... its not going to be the same for everyone since setups and preference is different.

Plus 14 no link the rear had 1580 and it was so stiff

No movement

take a small flat screw driver.. and VERY QUICKLY tap the core.. by quickly i mean as fast as you can do it.. VERY quick, your looking to release as little air as possible. You can do that until the shock is where you want it.

only do one tap at a time.

I run a +12 no link with a Shaw. Usually set @ ~1500 psi.

I am 200+ lbs. Bike is 250 lbs.

I run a zip tie on the shaft and keep the pressure set so I get ~1" of action.

If it gives too much, you will lose the weight transfer needed for traction.
