Ive relized shes the best looking girl im evet gunna get and weve been having some tuff times but im sticking around. Anywho i talked to the dude on the phone this morning and he agreed to take it down. I talked to des(my gf) and she dosnt mind the photo being used but she'd like to try to do modeling and make something of it other than people stealing her photos. What do u guys think? All he is selling is a manual, how is he insinuating that the bike and girl are his? For all anybody knows its a typical "hot chick modeling on a bike" photo that you can find scattered all over the internet. The only people that know any different are on this forum and whoever else he has shown the picture too! You do have the right to ask the individual to remove the picture from his listing, but the second you hit upload to the internet, you lost control to TELL anyone that the picture is yours and nobody else can use it. Unless, of course, you write a disclaimer stating otherwise, which you did not do. So don't expect the dude to take the photo off the listing. Sent using Tapatalk! NickisGod Posted June 9, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 9, 2012 the dudes pretty respectful and agreed to remove it. yes i no its the internet blah blah blah. but how would u feel if some one stole photos of your lilttle sister or your mother and used them to generate money without consulting with you first. its a respect thing, im not upset about this at all i found it quite funny. i though some of u guys would also get a kick out of it and that why i posted this. im pretty sure pixels arnt a threat to me and my gf relationship and again its all about respect. And since he said he would take it down this morning and still has not I would send eBay an email explaining that the photo is yours and you did NOT give permission. I think your lady should definitely get into modeling. She is absolutely beautiful. I would also ask the guy to own up to his word and send a letter to YOUR address with an apology that you can give to your girl.....don't let him swindle her address out of you. But on a serious note....I think she definitely has the looks to go and try to be a model.....she is very beautiful and your damn lucky buddy. Dont let that one run away.
