Heres ANOTHER ONE!!!..7mil...even had straight cuts on this one.......last for about 5 passes

 

this one got bent after leaning out,burnt the straps off the plug........im sending this one to crank work for hotrods

that is just a stupid thing to say...really man!

i put that there to let those that want to know why.

 

 

you can use whatever you like sir

 

and so you and others know the vacuum line on the fuel pump got clogged and thats WHY it leaned out ?

So your saying the failure happened and detonation was present? hmm....

 

rust...cranks been setting for a while

 

 

 

 

if you feel its not the cranks,them by all means run them in your bike...just remember most if not all builders /companys WILL NOT show you what i am showing you here....that would be bad for business.

At what HP level and what mods do you have to have for the stock crank to no longer be sufficient?

 

Ive read and heard for instance with the stock carbs 65hp or there about and just wondered how much the stock crank will take before its a weak link?

Maybe that is how they are from the factory, and with in their quality control specs.
