RadarRacing Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 Hp will drop but the torque will drop more than the normal 1 foot lb of torque to 2hp. Thats the pipe holding too much heat. The motor may even have better overrev but lose HP and torque when the pipe is too hot. Your peak hp although lower HP wise may actually be at a higher RPM than the better COLDER HP and TQ number. tz racin Posted June 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 8, 2012 thanks for all the imput guys bike has been at dyno for last 3 days i did state in this thread a ways back that ii found the issues and fixed without goin back to dyno till this past tuesday, took it to last weekends 300ft drAgs and kicked ass but anyhow, exhaust port and c/r issues fixed and if ran alot cooler and jumped uo to 96 hp and i do have a set of cpi oof's at shop that we threw em on and picked up 2 hp over my rdz s/b oof's we are still workin on gettin more out of it ill keep ya posted guys thanks for all the great advise and ideas oh and someone asked what cyls? they r stock cyls on the verge of water lol!!!!
