ticktock
Take the motor back apart. Use a square screw extractor. They sell them at Sears for under 3 bucks. The spiral kind will break on a bolt that small, then its a pain in the dick to remove that hardened steel extractor. Be careful drilling the bolt out. If you screw it up and hit the case just get the bolt out. There are about 15 different rethreading products on the market you can use. Time Serts are good, Recoils, Helicoils, You can even use EZ Lok if you have to drill out a lot larger. Ez Loks are great, I like them for certain applications. Starwriter
To break 2 of them, I'm guessing you don't own a torque wrench. First thing, go buy a torque wrench. Second, it's scary that you would even have to ask if you can run it with 2 broken case bolts. As for your broken bolts, there's probably enough left that you can grab them with vice grips after you take the cases back apart. If not, I would use a left hand drill bit in a reversible drill. If the bolt is not corroded or jammed in the bottom of the hole, many times that will spin it right out. I'll bet you stretched the other bolts almost to their breaking point.
