Michigan trails

Recommended Posts

What are the best trail systems in Michigan. I'm sick of riding bull gap. Alot of the trails are shut down and EVERYTHING is wooped the hell out. Would like to find something a little smoother nice burns and kinda fast. I like a little bit of the technical stuff but not all tight ass trails. Let me know what you guys think.

The UP by far has the best trails. I ride in Manistique. Wide open, nice corners ahh man what a blast. Also check out saint helen in the LP, and Baldwin area.

Ogemaw sport and trail center. Lakes Motorsports does a ride there and it was like 35 bucks for the weekend to camp and they cooked all day for us and brought the beer! The trails on their property are always changing and there are some saweet hillclimbs and smooth switch back trails. they also have a moto track and a practice track. Once their trails start to bore you there are infinite miles of open state trail to ride. some are tight and technical, sandy hills, wide open powerlines, etc. Lotta fun and it was a kick ass time. I would go again in a heartbeat.

hey fast......we ride mio alot.....that's where we have a place. lots of different places there you can ride....if you want whooped out trails then there's the tight regular ORV trails. if you want fast trails there are the ORV routes (alot of them use snowmobile trails so they're pretty freaking wide) or you can rock the old back roads which are pretty sweet for haulin ass on.

Go to Black Mountain Recreation Area in Cheboygan county. I just got back from there yesterday and it was AMAZING. Wide ORV routes, and tight technical 50" trails. Also a 65 acres scramble area with hill climbs all around it. It was awesome, I am heading back for Memorial Weekend.
