@thecribchillin
so heres my problem for my banshee.......hopefully someone can help me out! i was riding thru the neighborhood the other day and everything was fine, no problems at all. i put it away and it sat there for a couple days, pulled it out after 3-4 days and started it up with one kick.....it idles fine and will stay running. the problem is when i give it gas, it wont shut off when i give it gas but its not reving high at all and it makes a crazy noise from the carbs in the airbox. its bogging down when i go to give it any type of acceleration in neutreal or in gear. i finally got it moving and it will only do 15mph TOPS.....someone help, im trying to ride this weekend!!! Finch
if it got warmer and the pressure changed you could be too rich

@thecribchillin
Still have the parking break or the TORS units on your bike? Yes I do have that annoying toors system on my bike still an I started to mess with the screw on it and found out that it only controls the throttle tension and made the bike jus idle higher and yes I still have the useless parking break . I would like them both removed eventually, could it have anything to do with the reeds??
@thecribchillin
if it got warmer and the pressure changed you could be too rich So are you saying it could be a small turn of the screw on the side of the carbs?

My cousin had the same problem. turned out to be the parking break. The parking break was off from the handle but was still on cause it was getting stuck at the axle. Thanks for the tip but that doesn't seem to make sense to me, parking break making my engine bog in neutral?
Uf21
Thanks for the tip but that doesn't seem to make sense to me, parking break making my engine bog in neutral? When parking break is enabled the engine wont rev past a certain rev range but it feels a lot like it bogging out.
Jereme6655
There is a little black box under your gas tank on the left side of the bike.....unplug it. I is your TORS brain box and once disconnected it will disable the throttle over-ride. I have a feeling that what you are experiencing is the ignition style rev limiting that the bike will do when the TORS or the parking brake is acting up. I BELIEVE all you need to do to disable the parking brake switch is to cut the wires from the handle bars that go to the parking brake. Either way just disconnect the TORS black box and i get it straightens itself out right away.
