Okay where to begin, my 2001 blaster has TORS removed and new reeds, coil, stator, new flywheel key, and oil injection removed. My bike will start with one or two kicks but idles like a cammed up car "bing......bing......bing" instead of "bing.bing.bing.bing" when idling its shooting out greyish black smoke and when I give it gas it shuts off. I have the magneto cover removed while its running and I've noticed if I take my foot and apply pressure to the magneto while its spining it make the engine idle perfect then when i take my foot off it goes back to running horrible!!!
