dave5.0
I'd find a decent billet clutch basket. Especially if that stocker has grooves in the fingers. Heavier than stock clutch springs, and a pancake bearing setup. I wouldn't mess with cutting the trans if it were mine. Maybe the shift shaft mods, cut shift star, and the little bearing on the detent arm. You can also get the shift drum cut and have a roller bearing put on the other side. That's not a bunch of money. Billet water pump impeller, check your kick start idler gear for wobble. Get a new one if it does along with a new snap ring and washer. You can do a max load or two. Not a bad deal. I wouldn't mess with a tz. Not for that small hp. I like to replace the Phillips head bolts under the clutch cover or wherever else with Allens of the same type then use a lil lock tight goin back together. All I can think of at the moment. dave5.0
also, what do tz and max load bearings do? Tz bearings are a true roller bearing that you only put on the clutch side of the crank. That's a high hp and straight cut drive gear application. Max loads look like stock bearings but have around 10 balls where the stockers only have I think 7.
