T5's & T6 stingers the same?

VoOK

Recommended Posts

Whats up all? I run T6's on my ported shee and my cousin runs T5's on his unported......My question is, would it be alright to just swap head pipes and keep our original stingers? I assume the stingers are exactly the same for both. Thanks for your time and info.

hmm strange... I stand corrected. The guy that I got my banshee from had T5's and when the T6's came out he assumed newer is better, so he called Toomey and they traded his head pipes & $100 for T6's, and that was all he sent in.

Don't forget to check your jetting as I'm sure it will be different....

Hey Jereme, Im glad you mentioned that. Can I ask what you thing we should be running for mains? me and VoOK have basically the same mods besides his being ported and mine not. At the moment we are both runnig 280 mains stock pilots and needle positions. Also do you think that is ok for our area? we are in NJ and i believe our altitude is around 400 ft. the altitude at hatfield mccoys is around 2000 ft.
