Hey Guys,

Been on and off the site for a couple of years now reading alot of helpful threads. Had to leave for about a year to go over seas working and I just got back. I got my old 2000 model stolen out of my garage while I was gone "BUMMER" So last week end bought me a new one for a pretty good deal. Want to build another duner so if ya'll have any suggestions please let me know what you suggest. This is what I think I know about the bike so far. Its a 2002 with blue plastics and a black and grey seat (think its factory on that end). It has some kind of mmild port work done but by who or to what extent I really dont know. It has T6 pipes and silencers has a 13 front and 43 rear on the sprockets V-force reeds and a prodesigns cool head with a dirt digger clutch. some nice billett pieces here and there. now i dont know if it has a 4 mil timing pplate or not or what the dome size in the head is but my brothers bike has quit a few mods done and its quite a bit quicker than his. The main thing is it has a 2 into 1 intake by trinity on it with a 38mm kenin carb which i know nothing about and no paddles on it yet. Now this is where ya'll come in hopefully, i have managed to put up quite a bit of money for this project and want to spend it wisely. So i am looking for stupid fast and the reaction of dam in appearance so what do u suggest and if a total make over is the way to go then so be it.

if want the look then i suggest you look into JDscustoms (one of our site sponsors) and talk to him about getting some aqua-graphics done. If you want hard core speed then you should be calling Jeff at FAST or Kevin at HJR......both also sponsors and do amazing work. The pipes you have on your bike though should be thrown out and replaced........the T6 pipe was intended for non-modified motors......so its almost hurting you.....

Thanks for the information I am looking to build a 4 to 7 mill not sure yet what I exactly should do as far as the heads etc. Build alot of hot rods over the years and normally speaking there is no substatute for raw displacement for building torque. I would like to use a plus 6 inch swinger and from what I have seen the laddaced swinger that the guys at stellar are producing is really the nicest i've seen yet. Don't really want the back to be narrow but I do plan on doing as much in billet alum as i can. We have access to a cnc milling machine here locally so i plan to make most of my accent pieces one off. I don't really miss being over seas yet but when i was there I would have killed for my banshee becouse it was never ending sand and steep dunes as far as you could see. Anyway I will try to get with kevin or/and jeff and see what they suggest and go from there.
