Paul M
Banshees drink gas !!! first thing you need to do is pull the carbs and clean them and set the floats just like the one guy said also make sure the bowl vents are not plugged ! are they in sync ? . I dont know much about stock carbs but I have read alot on here and with your mods at your elevation 220 seems very lean , I would take some of the advise these guys have gave and go up to a bigger jet , what have you got to lose ? the motor will get its best fuel milage when it is running at peak performance . also when a motor is lean it will run like a raped date ! just not for very long . Larry's Shee
Even with everything else "perfect", the O-ring on the outside of the seat can leak.
Hosed499
Ok guys! So i put 270 mains and 30 pilots in....and it without a doubt idles a hell of alot better now and runs alot better at WOT. I only rode like 15 min after i got it all done before it got dark so, so far so good! Hopefully it helped my fuel problem but we'll find out tommorow. Thanks guys for all the help! Dahl87banshee
I like how about 20 people said the same thing.. So I figured I best say it was lean too. Fit in a little more. Haha
