007banshee
Hey guy's. Not here to really bash FFR but I am not impressed. I bought a set of+ 3 banshee tie rods from them about two weeks ago and went to put them on a couple days ago to find they are a touch too long so id essentially like to send these ones back for+ 2. I've called the number multiple times on different days with no luck left a couple voicemails, i even emailed them with no response and I know his email works because he sent me one last week. He.could be out of the office on a trip or something or just purposely avoiding me. Has anyone else had an issue and what did you do? Is there a way i can cut an.inch off and re thread them? Worried about strength. I spent quite a bit on these and am just simply looking for an exchange.... Nick

Must be out of town or something.
magz
yes, you can cut them down, but make sure you do the one with the standard thread pitch and rotation not the reverse thread, unless you have a reverse thread tap which no one ever does, also only cut a half" at a time or less, remember, you can cut twice and re-tap threads, but you cant add that shit back on if you cut to much. 007banshee
Hey guys. So I got ahold of them finally and he told me to send the rods back and hell exchange them no problem for the+ 2s. I sent them out March 6th and it took 3 days to get there. I've tried calling him multiple times and sent him a few emails, no response. I spent over$ 100 on these and am just about done with my build. What do you think I should do? Anyone live by there that could stop by for me? Lol. Pretty frustrating when you try to get ahold of a company for over a month with no response. Thanks! Nick
