2003 banshee
hey guys ive had some trouble with my banshee back firing sometimes . it used to do it sometimes when i went riding but now its more often. i know one of my needles is thicker then the other so but i switched them and it only back fires from the same side so i know thats not it. (im going to order matching needles) also i switched the plug caps and my coil is new and the back fire is still from the same side. im thinking maybe i need to clean the carb? also i read the carb bowls could be switched? help me out i dont like having trouble with my baby. ban99shee
If it's backfiring while trying to start, it's lean. Clean your carbs....mainly the pilot jets.

Jereme6655
If your in deep enough to do the pilots then you should just as well clean em all the way...

Jereme6655
there will be numbers stamped on the sides of those needles.....find them both....write them down and then call one of our sponsors and tell them that you have 2 different needles in your bike and tell them your mods and they will recommend which needles
