Ohmed coil/plug caps. Gap pick-up? Nice blue spark/ both plugs? Have a Clymers Repair Manual ? Or download? LOTS of test/trouble shoot procedures in there. I changed the jets back to 200 stock and 25 pilots from the 310 mains and 27.5 pilots and now it stays idling but still have the same noise when reving... 11AGUY Posted March 8, 2012 Report Share Posted March 8, 2012 just did a rebuild and mine is acting similar.. sounds like a jetting issue, I think mine is a jetting issue as well.... it just seems to fall on its face when you hit the throttle Got new plugs and didnt make a difference.. I changed the jets back to 200 stock and 25 pilots from the 310 mains and 27.5 pilots and now it stays idling but still have the same noise when reving...
