Oil Spitting From Crankcase Breather Tube?

My buddies bike has been acting funny lately, everytime he rides it the breather tube spits up oil all over his exhaust and motor. It only does it when the bike is warm. At first we thought it was leaking from the gasket so we changed it and put in fresh oil but come to find out it was coming from the breather tube that runs to the engine case. He has a lockout so the tube coming from the clutch case has been eliminated, my question is what could be causing this? Prior to this the bike has been running fine with no problems at all, what would make this happen and how can we fix it?

Sound like the oil is over full.

When I first got my Bike the trans oil was over full not by much & it would push oil out the Breather. If oil level is good then its time for a leak test. Just my 2cents

We thought that was the problem as well but not in this case, it leaks so much that it will actually cause the oil level to drop pretty low. Even when we changed the gasket on the clutch cover and put in new oil we made sure not to over fill it, it still would leak out of the breather tube. So like they said something is putting pressure inside of the case.
