Poolman
Ok Guy's, Had Jeff Bore my cylinder's .020 and new pistons and new top end gasket's, rings, etc.. I'm still putting the bike back together. I did a leak down test. Started at 6 psi and after 6 minutes the pressure was at 3. So I lost 3psi after 6 minutes starting from 6 psi. What do you guy's think or what would you do ? Thanks!
Boston
fix the leak. get a spray bottle and put warm soapy water in it. Spray all around the intakes, exhaust, base and top end gaskets. If nothing then take your stator off and spray around your crank seal. It should hold 6 for 6 but losing 1 pound would be ok.

Yea, I was pretty sure this was going to be the answer. I just needed a kick in the butt. Thanks Boston I'll post what I find.
Boston
check your tester as well. I just built one over the weekend and tested it out today and i had a slight leak at the gauge. It was a very slight leak but Ill get it sealed up for next time.

ticktock
Use windex. It will foam better on tiny leaks
NetBSD
Use windex. It will foam better on tiny leaks x2, I always use it when checking air lines or tires.

Poolman
Hey guy's, It end's up I spoke to soon last night. When I did my leak down test I left the little hand pump connected to the air fitting. I was losing the pressure right there. So I ran the test two more times disconnecting the pump after I got the 6 psi into the system and each test thereafter I lost 1/2 pound after 6 minutes. So all is good.
