Acheron
Are the Works Steeler an upgrade over the yfz450's? I have stock a-arms and stocks for the time being, but plan on going +2. Basically, are they worth the extra $$? I don't have a ton of extra $$ to spend. Need to start budgeting how much I need to save and want to know which is the best bang for the buck. Will be used pretty much for trail riding, but they are rather rugged trails and I like to play. Thanks!
gotta_goatsfast
Works steelers set up for +2 arms and your weight will be much better than YFZ shocks.
ClimbAnyHill
anything aftermarket is better than yfz shocks, Get the right size Works for your A Arms and be done with it.
Acheron
That's what I was figuring. Figured I would ask and do it right the first time instead of wasting $ on the yfz shocks to just replace them later. Thanks for the responses! gotta_goatsfast
Yep, if it means waiting another month to gather the difference in cash, its WELL worth it. I'm just south of Madison, where do you ride?

I'm just south of Madison, where do you ride? I live in Green Bay right now. Grew up in Aurora, in Florence county. Most of my family is up there. Have 2 pieces of land right outside Florence, one being a cottage on Keyes Lake. both have direct trail access. If you've never been up there riding I suggest taking a trip. Hundreds of miles of trails.
