JerryRigSpecialist
I'm running a 7mm cub with 39 pwks, do you think the 45 lectrons would be overkill? I like the tune ability of the lectron carbs and its just sitting on the shelf..

zachass9
Overkill IMHO, you will have tuning nightmares!! I ran 44s on my 650 dm and it loved them, I jumped to 45s and it got even better!! I dont think a 7 mil cub can even utilize a 44!! I would try a 41.3 lectron at most or a 40!! I run 40s on my 4 mil supercub with no problems!! I would like to try some 41.3 but havent had any luck finding them!! Best of luck

N2deepRacing
I have a good friend running 44s on a Titan stock cylinder 4 mill. It gives all cubs all thay want!
RadarRacing
I wouldnt get rid of the pwks, thats all the carb you'd need for a 7 mil cub. As far as tuneability pwks are just as tuneable as any carb. Pilot, needle, mainjet, with the correct needle theres no better carb really. I have 40 lectrons on my 421 but they all work. zachass9
If they prove to be to difficult, I have some 40 lectrons set up for alky with PE-1 needles and billet bowls I would be willing to trade you for your 44s. Maybe we could work something out on carbs and intakes!! Let me know if interested at all!! Zac 405 412 0363
springer
i ran 44 lectrons for a day on my 392 cheetah and with some different pipes than my rdz's and holy hell did it come alive. i know my cheetah is ported different than your average cub, but the 44's weren't over kill to me. i have 36/38 lectrons now and as soon as i get all my other shit done, some bigger lectron's will slowly work their way to the top of the priority list. camatv
41.3/44 is a popular size. if thats what you have they will work just fine. if you have 44/44 HV's i would guess if the intake is big enough to fit them they would work fine as well. you almost cannot overcarb a drag cub. id sell a set of pwk's in an instant to get some lectrons. you can tune every aspect of a lectron as well with 2 part's ( needle, pj) instead of all that other bullshit on any other carb. J-Madd
41.3 mm Lectrons would be great on that motor. I also agree that the tunability is waaaayyy easier with the Lectrons, especially if you put some wingnuts on the carb tops. I used to be a Lectron hater.
