Kind of need to know what carbs you are running to be able to tell you what jets you need. I have 34pj's on my 421 cub and I run a 150 main and a 55 pilot with a ceg needle

I have 34 PJ's with CEG needles also...what elevation & temps was your 421cub jetted for? Also is your cub ported?

Titan up

Hey there is something seriously wrong if you cant dump it in second with 14-44 gearing.

I dump mine in second with a 4-mill stock cylinder setup pulling 22 inch 12 paddle extremes 14-43 gearing, and it feels as if it could pull even more gear. Not saying its a bad build or anything like that, but it just doesnt sound like a normal running cub at all to me.

The current owner of titan up's old bike recently found some problems with one of the reeds. Not saying that they were always bad but bad reeds would give a low end bog and wouldn't launch very good.
