I've just started to tap 19 and I already have had 2 knee surgerys, hyperextended elbow, 1/2way blind, busted chin, broken 2 collar bones, I take anti-flammitorys every 4 hours my ankles, knees, elbows and wrists all creak and snap when I turn or bend them. So 19x7= just shoot me now . Mike Man, I feel you on this one...I'm 23 and have rheumatoid arthritis in my knees, elbows, neck and back. I've been taking Glucosamine chondritin 3 times a day for about 5 years now for my arthritis. I have bone spurs on both my feet, my knees and joints crackle when I move...I feel like I'm 80. Aside from all that, I can only breathe through one nostril at a time. It varies from day to day. One'll work and other is plugged up!
