chetgoff
just a question can someone tell me why the rdz inframes are shearers but have a rdz stamp on them? Did RDZ have them built to rdz specs or are they exact same as shearers?
BANSHEE HP
call either shearer or rdz and get the story from one of the horses mouths
Infamous039
From my understanding the RDZ inframes were built by shearer they are the exact same pipe no differences. I believe RDZ just has there line of shearers that they stamped there logo on. I currently have the RDZ Shearer Inframes on my bike and they rip, and look exaclty the same as shearers no difference in shape or the way they mount. camatv
both these companies should have a writeup as to what actually happend and put an end to this bullshit.. ive never talked to RDZ but i have talked to matt shear, i felt he was a great dude to talk to and very knowledgeable about his products and always looking to improve them. all i can say about RDZ is from some of the dealing they have had in the past they have some questionable business practices .. not just with pipes but other banshee related items as well all im going to say. J-Madd
I don't know about inframes, but RDZ and Shearer OOFs are NOT the same pipe. They have different power characteristics as well.
banshee760
Rdz copied shearers old design Wich also make less power the newer shearer designs make more such are stamp scp
chetgoff
I talke to the guy's at sheareres today. basically the inframes are the same exact pipe just an old design. There is some clearence issues with the rdz's and only 1 o ring and also some differences with the stingers. They have not made pipes for them in atleast 6 years or more. They steered me away from buying them due to the age and possibly having carbon build up in them. The out of frames that they make are different then the RDZ pipes. They sounded shocked that there was any inframes with the rdz stamp still rolling around.

RDZ pipes are not hand coned. All the stamped small bore Shearers are the same.
