willardwright59
I recently upgraded my banshee from airbox with no lid, to pods. My jetting is 340 main, 27.5 pilot, airscrew 2 turns out, clip at very bottom of needle. Plugs were perfect caramel brown when it was rode last. Now it wont start or run. And from what ive been told os that my pilot is too lean? Well it ran fine before i did the pods. But i guess my idle screws were the whole way in and it barely idled. So i need some help here? What do i need to change?
#1JUANstunna
Put in bigger pilots if your going to leave the pods on it.

fastbanshee8
You're going to have to start gathering up some main jets, and pilot jets for those carbs. Since the 27.5s are too small, get a set of 30s, and a set of 35s. No two motors are exactly the same. People in here can get you close on the jetting, the final tuning is up to you. The only thing that gets me is it ran fine with no lid and holes drilled. I didnt think pods would affect that so much?
